A 1995 graduate of the Unitec School of Performing and Screen Arts, Dolina was named Best Female Contemporary Dancer in 2003 by The NZ Listener, for her versatile and beautiful performance in Atamira's Te Aroha me te mamae and Hail.

Dolina has also worked in other outstanding dance projects such as Atamira's Ngai Tahu 32, Mary Jane O'Reilly's Limbs Retrospective, Curve Dance Collective's Signed, Touch Compass' The Lighthouse and 10th Anniversary Tour (for which she won the 2007 Tempo Award for Best Female Dancer), Merenia Gray's Te Mana, and as an aerialist in the dynamic production Maui - The Legend directed by Tanemahuta Gray. In 2004, Dolina worked with Black Grace Dance Company as a guest dancer and performed with them at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival in Massachusetts.

Dolina is also the Creative Producer for Atamira, and Executive Director of the Atamira Dance Collective Charitable Trust.
